UPS GRAND OPENING!!!

I was asked to design a cake for the grand opening of a new UPS Store in San Ramon.

Apparently the mayor loved it.
Marble Cake (Vanilla/Chocolate Mix)
Chocolate Cream Filling with Butter Cream Frosting and Fondant Overlay.

Order Policy

Placing Orders:

All orders will require a 50% deposit of the full price of the order at the time of booking the date. Remaining 50% of order must be paid in full at pick up or delivery.

Advance Orders:
We suggest booking your order and date up to 90 days in advance. We request at least 72 hours' notice for orders, if the date is available. For large orders (more than 20 people), one week notice is preferred, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Custom orders are not available on specific blackout days - November 27, December 9, March 20, December 24-25, May 9, July 19 and January 1-2. Please place your delivery or pickup order for the day following these blackout dates.

Cancellation policy:

Orders canceled with 14 or more days’ notice are refunded in-full via the original method of payment. Orders canceled with 13 days or less notice will receive no refund of the deposit refund. This is due to the volume of orders that we are getting for select days. We can only accept a certain number of orders per day to have the quality of product we require. If we have to turn down orders due to bookings, we need to make sure that the orders booked are serious and reliable ones.

Delivery Policy:
Yes, we deliver. If delivery is within 5 miles from our location it is $10. For deliveries outside that range the charge is $20.

Minimum Order:
With Cupcakes, Cookies and Cake Pops there is a minimum order size of one dozen. With a Cake we recommend a cake size that serves 10 persons or more.

Product Quality:
All of our items are created, frosted and decorated by hand, with fresh ingredients each one is an individual creation. We take pride in appearance, creativity, taste and customer service.
